Choose the current program path
Use the hierarchy in order
Start at the program because the same course can appear as a fixed requirement, specialization option, elective choice, substitution, or future-effective curriculum. Move to the exact code for the catalog description and registered-format method. Move below the course only when a verified Module or project identity exists.
Standard Rasmussen courses use Modules, but the public catalog does not establish one universal count. Empowered Learning courses organize Modules around competencies and publicly use six skill projects plus one final project. The active classroom controls the actual labels, rubric, dates, and attempt rules.
Control the registered term
Build one board from the degree audit, syllabus, classroom, calendar, grading scale, rubrics, and announcements. Record time zone, attendance, discussions, exams, projects, labs, clinical obligations, feedback dependencies, and next actions separately. Reconcile the board with the gradebook after every result.
